Executive Assistant to the Principal, Innovative Biologist, Academic and Podcaster, Boston, Mass, Local/Hybrid
An innovative principal, biologist, academic and podcaster who also runs his own foundation and is committed and has provided pioneering and significant work as it relates to the aging process is looking for an Executive Assistant, “right hand”. Great attention to detail and superior organizational skills a MUST. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who truly enjoys supporting a very busy” high profile” executive in his field and has an interest in the science around aging. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience supporting a main principal in the C-Suite and is a self-starter. This is a local hybrid role , a few days in the office to meet with him and the team when he is in. The candidate will probably spend a bit more time meeting with him in the beginning to get to know how he works to best support him.
About the Job:
1099 Base Salary plus Discretionary Bonus, Healthcare Stipend until Health Plan is set up
