Former CEO – Peer Advisor Team & Executive Coach

• You’ve led a company as a Business Owner, CEO, or President with at least $3M in revenue and 10 employees.
• You’re eager to transition from success to significance—creating real value and impact while still generating economic rewards.
• You have firsthand experience driving growth and profitability.
• You’ve built a strong and diverse professional network that you can tap into.
• You’re humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent—prioritizing relationships and deep connections.
• Your Christian faith plays a central role in your life and decisions.

What is Acumen?

Acumen is an exclusive community that helps Owners, CEOs, and Executives grow their businesses and enrich their personal and professional lives.

We do this by placing CEOs and Owners into advisory Councils of non-competing business peers, led by an experienced entrepreneur and former CEO—who we call a Growth Catalyst.

What Is a Growth Catalyst?

A Growth Catalyst is a former business owner or CEO with the ability to provide guidance, accountability, and connection to C-Level leaders. Your firsthand experience in running a business gives you the wisdom to help others navigate their challenges.

Success in Significance

• This is not a salaried position. Instead, you will be investing in a proven business platform that enables you to generate recurring revenue by building and leading an executive peer advisory group.
• During the startup phase, you will be responsible for attracting and enrolling business owners into your advisory Council.
• Once your group is established, you will lead monthly half-day Council meetings and provide 1:1 executive coaching.
• Acumen provides the tools, resources, and coaching you need to grow your practice, but your success depends on your ability to invest in and build your own business.
