Job Description

Salary is up to $115-$120K. $2500 sign on bonus. 20% end of year bonus based on standard incentive criteria.

We seek a dynamic Executive Director to lead daily operations in a senior living community. This role fosters a welcoming environment, ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence through leadership and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, including resident engagement and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement business plans to enhance community reputation and performance.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and expense control.
• Lead and support department heads, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Attract, train, and retain high-quality staff.
• Drive resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high care standards.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for occupancy goals.
• Build relationships with local organizations to enhance community profile.
• Ensure property maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in senior living.
• Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCF) Certification
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience managing staff, hiring, and performance oversight.
• Ability to develop relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
