Executive/Personal Assistant & House Manager
Location: North Malibu, CA (with potential domestic/international travel, including touring)
Compensation: Hourly DOE + OT | Target $150K–$200K+ annually
Touring rates apply if needed
Benefits: Monthly stipend + gas/mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Flexible, up to 6 days/week including evenings & weekends
We’re seeking a seasoned, sharp, and confident Executive/Personal Assistant & House Manager to support a high-profile artist in music and entertainment. This hybrid role blends high-level admin, personal support, and household management. You must be strong-willed, poised, proactive, and discreet—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and can operate independently or with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage dynamic calendars, meetings, studio sessions, gigs, and personal events
Coordinate daily schedules, reminders, and travel logistics (domestic/international)
Liaise with stylists, handle wardrobe and personal shopping needs
Oversee household staff, vendors, and general property upkeep
Manage inventory, grocery orders, and collaborate with the chef on meals
Run errands, drive as needed, and provide general personal support
Track expenses, handle emails/messages, and maintain confidentiality
Ensure home is guest-ready at all times
Coordinate health/wellness needs, appointments, and routines
Qualifications:
5+ years in EA/PA roles, ideally supporting high-profile talent
House management and staff oversight experience
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and emotionally intelligent
Calm under pressure, with excellent judgment and discretion
Able to travel, work evenings/weekends, and be on-call
