An iconic fine dining restaurant seeks a creative and refined exec sous chef to run their Las Vegas location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing in a fine dining restaurant
• Experience with union staff
• Must have some experience working in a hotel restaurant

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily food production process to ensure high-quality meals are prepared in alignment with the restaurant’s standards, including managing sanitation, food rotation, and recipe compliance.
• Guide and develop kitchen staff by providing training on production and presentation changes, while managing scheduling and performance reviews to ensure effective team operations.
• Monitor labor and food costs, assist with menu development, manage inventory, and conduct routine kitchen inspections to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and meets budgetary goals.
