Job Description

A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Expeditor / Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure completion in a safe, timely, efficient, and profitable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the firm in all client and stakeholder interactions
• Manage multiple projects in various phases and levels of complexity
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Coordinate permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Utilize DOB NOW and BISWEB filing systems (experience required)
• Maintain thorough project documentation and organized job files
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, tracking changes and progress
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating
• Active DOB license required
• Must have experience in new building and alteration projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Experience with field management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of building codes and OSHA safety requirements
