Job Description

Addison Group has partnered with a global, publicly-traded company on the search for a Finance Manager. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager will be instrumental in the company's annual operating cycle which includes budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance tracking. The Finance Manager will also provide analysis to help aid all levels of the organization in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting packages to highlight performance versus prior year and forecast
• Perform YoY analysis of revenues, gross profit and EBITDA
• Provide reporting and analysis of performance metrics, actuals and forecast during monthly close
• Perform economic analyses to analyze external effects on revenue growth
• Prepare dashboards and visualizations to aid in reporting
• Support monthly/quarterly close and reporting through P&L and NWC analysis
• Provide analysis and reporting to be used in BoD presentations
• Keep a continuous improvement mindset to ensure most efficient and up-to-date processes are in place related to FP&A, financial reporting and financial systems
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors in finance, accounting or related areas is required
• 5 or more years of related finance experience is required
• Manufacturing, consumer products or retail experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable of SEC reporting guidelines and SOX control requirements
• Experience utilizing an ERP platform
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; Power BI or Tableau dashboard and visualization skills are preferred
