• Position: Five-Star Hospitality Associate (Temp-to-Perm)
• Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $26 - $28 per hour

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering five-star service in a corporate setting? We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Associate to provide exceptional white-glove service to C-suite clients at a prestigious corporate law firm in San Francisco. This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a polished, high-touch environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality/Catering/Events (80%)

• Ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees with exceptional hospitality service
• Set up, reset, and refresh conference rooms for meetings and events
• Stock, organize, and maintain kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas
• Prepare and stock Visiting Attorney’s Offices

Reception Support (10%)

• Provide backup coverage for the receptionist during breaks and absences
• Assist with visitor arrangements and office organization

Additional Office Support (10%)

• Handle mail and package deliveries, office supply inventory, and light facilities coordination
• Copy, scan, and assemble documents as needed
• Load, unload, and run dishwashers at designated times
• Submit maintenance work orders and communicate facility needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or event services within a corporate or law firm environment
• Professional demeanor with outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work independently
