Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Flight Dynamics Engineer with expertise in mathematical analysis and software development to support our Space Situational Awareness (SSA) initiatives. This role is integral to enhancing the accuracy and reliability of space safety measures through advanced analysis and innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analyses within the Space Situational Awareness (SSA) domain, focusing on flight dynamics.
- Design, develop, and rigorously test software applications that involve complex mathematical computations to support SSA operations.
- Engage in research and develop simulations related to SSA, with an emphasis on state estimation, stochastic processes, error propagation, and collision probability analysis.
- Innovate and refine algorithms to improve the precision and reliability of SSA systems, contributing to the overall safety and sustainability of space operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful integration and performance of flight dynamics software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong background in flight dynamics, mathematical analysis, and software development, with specific expertise in Space Situational Awareness.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and testing mathematically intensive software applications, with experience in state estimation, stochastic processes, error propagation, and collision probability analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address complex challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring high accuracy and reliability in SSA systems.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on integrating and refining flight dynamics solutions.
- MSc in Aerospace Engineering (Or similar)
