Juniper Cafe is a new restaurant set to open in Hagerstown and we are looking for front end help as well as kitchen support. Front end staff must be polite, professional, reliable and customer service minded. Kitchen staffs needs to professional, safe and fast learning.

Role Description

This is a part time with up to 30 hours on-site role for a Food Service Worker located in the Hagerstown Md area. The Food Service Worker will be responsible for preparing and serving food, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as maintaining cleanliness in the food service area, managing food inventory, and collaborating with team members to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage
• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
