Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Project Manager position at our Rancho Cordova, CA base, reporting directly to the Owner/President of STAXX, Inc. You’ll dive in headfirst—owning timelines, teaming up with crews and subs, drafting change orders, upholding quality and safety, and keeping budgets on point. • Expediting Expertise : You’ve got a history of creatively moving projects forward, ensuring materials and crews are dialed in on time.
• Project Management Prowess : You can independently steer union framing and drywall jobs—schedules, budgets, and turn-key delivery handled with finesse.
• Quality Instincts : You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, catching issues early and keeping work top-notch.
• Logistics Know-How : You’re adept at coordinating supply chains and union labor with a collaborative touch.
• Clear Communication & Leadership : You guide teams effectively, work with subs smoothly, and keep everyone aligned—straightforward and professional.
• Creative Problem-Solving : You thrive on finding smart fixes to tough challenges, taking ownership without hesitation.
• Union Experience : You bring solid framing and drywall expertise from unionized settings—extra credit if it’s in our world.
• Practical Tech Skills : You’re comfortable with Excel for planning and budgets, can write a solid email, and handle everyday construction software independently—no training wheels needed.
• Real Qualifications : A degree in construction management is nice, but we value years of proven, hands-on success even more.
