💼 What You’ll Do

• Greet visitors and make them feel welcome
• Answer phones, handle mail/deliveries, and keep the front desk looking sharp
• Help with scheduling and booking travel for managers (we’ll teach you how)
• Assist with simple office projects (Google Docs, spreadsheets, organizing supplies)
• Keep the office vibe positive and fun
• Occasionally appear in casual brand content or social posts if you’re comfortable
