Are you organized, responsible, and passionate about customer service? Join our team as a Front Desk Keyholder!

Responsibilities :

• Open and close the facility according to scheduled hours
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and attendance
• Monitor security, ensuring the premises are secure before and after shifts
• Assist with scheduling, customer check-ins, and managing memberships
• Address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take on keyholder responsibilities
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with MS Office, booking software, etc.)
• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
