You’re already leading group fitness classes and thriving in high-energy environments. Now, you're ready to deepen your impact by learning how to coach clients one-on-one —not just for workouts, but for whole-life transformation . You’re curious, coachable, and ready to grow inside a team that values movement, mindset, and mentorship.
✅ Requirements
* Certification in group fitness (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or similar)
* Strong communication and empathy skills
* Eagerness to develop consultative, lifestyle coaching skills through onsite training
* Available for full-time, in-person work at our Dallas facility
💡 What You’ll Do
* Coach engaging, effective group classes (approx. 6 per week)
* Participate in our structured training to learn how to deliver lifestyle turnarounds through one-on-one coaching
* Guide clients through consults, assessments, and long-term coaching relationships
* Be mentored by senior coaches in goal setting, accountability, and health habit change

We don’t just hire coaches—we build careers. At BPR, 3 of our current staff earn over $100,000/year by running their own hybrid client business (a mix of group coaching and personalized one-on-one coaching) while only coaching 6 group sessions per week .
We’ll train you to start your own client book—starting with your first consult + 5 one-on-one sessions and building toward adding 3–4 new clients every 2–3 weeks.
