Job Description: Associate General Practitioner – Cosmetic Dentistry

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Practitioner with a strong background in cosmetic dentistry to join our dynamic and high-paced team. As an Associate, you will be a key contributor to our boutique practice that specializes in delivering exceptional cosmetic dental care, including veneers. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in performing implant placement, single root canal treatments (RCTs), simple extractions, and a wide range of general dental procedures. Key Responsibilities:

1. Cosmetic Dentistry Expertise:

• Provide high-quality cosmetic dental services, with a strong focus on veneers and enhancing patients’ smiles.
• Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic and functional goals.

1. General Dentistry Services:

• Perform single root canal treatments, simple extractions, and other general dental procedures with precision and care.
• Address a broad range of dental needs to support the overall oral health of patients.

1. Patient-Centered Care:

• Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to care.
• Educate patients about oral health, preventative care, and post-treatment maintenance.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the entire dental team to maintain a cohesive and efficient practice environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid and active dental license in the state.
• Languages: Must be proficient in English and Spanish
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers.
• Skills:
• Proficient in implants, RCTs, simple extractions, and other general procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with modern dental technology and electronic health records.
• Professionalism: Commitment to ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
