Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take the reins at one of the most scenic destinations in the Northeast? We’re seeking a Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of our client's property in the Tri-Lakes area of New York .

As the face of the hotel, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence from the front desk to the back office. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on service, team-building, and getting involved wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct daily hotel operations to maintain a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and inspire hotel staff across departments
• Develop local marketing strategies to drive occupancy and visibility
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
• Represent the hotel in the local community and with guests
• Roll up your sleeves and support the team as needed — no task is too small

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of hotel management experience
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, guest-first mindset
• Proven success in growing revenue and guest satisfaction
• Solid financial and operational acumen
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
