FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an additional $1.00/hour for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Overcast glove cuffs; Inspect finished gloves for flaws
Essential Job Functions:
Operate industrial overcasting machines with care and precision
Sits at overcasting machine for extended periods overcasting gloves
Stands at inspection table for extended periods to inspect and trim finished gloves
Turns gloves and double gloves when needed
Takes pride in ensuring an excellent finished glove is ready for shipment to customers
Non-Essential Job Functions:
Other duties as assigned by Department Manager
Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided
Key Competencies: Dependability, Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Team Player
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and stack totes of gloves that may weigh 30-35 pounds; Standing for extended periods of time; Sitting for extended periods of time;
Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
