Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Southington, Connecticut is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Duties:
• Daily staff management and job assignments.
• Develop and implement an agronomic plan for quality golf conditions daily.
• Ensure timely reporting and safety for the department, to include pesticide reporting, etc.
• Communicate well with the Hawks Landing team, in order to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Maintain a CT DEEP Supervisory Pesticide License.
Requirements:
Winter School Certificate or higher.
3 years of golf course management experience at the Assistant level or higher.
CT DEEP Pesticide Supervisory License.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year.
4 week’s vacation, 5 sick days, and meal allowance.
