Mackey Creative is looking for a talented,  G raphic  D esigner who’s passionate about design and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and a love for bringing ideas to life through design, we want to hear from you!

As a Graphic Designer at Mackey Creative, you’ll be working on diverse projects, with a strong emphasis on packaging design. You should have a solid understanding of typography, composition, and layout, while being adaptable and eager to learn new skills. Experience with web material management, 3D design, and basic animation is a plus!

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Develop and execute creative concepts from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.
• Create compelling and effective logos, packaging design, print and digital media .
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Creative Directors, and Production Artists to bring creative visions to life.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, food industry developments, market standards, and seamlessly integrate these into your designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and maintain transparency in progress while meeting deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design with portfolio of work.
• Has a positive attitude and takes direction and feedback constructively.
• Actively contributes to group brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Works well in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
• Shows a continual desire to grow and improve as a designer while meeting individual goals.
