Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphics Intern to join our marketing/design team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design across various mediums, including digital, print, and web. You will work closely with our marketing team and design team to support ongoing projects and campaigns, contributing fresh ideas and designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company’s Google My Business (GMB) profile to ensure an accurate and professional presence.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of the company newsletter, ensuring visually engaging designs and layouts.
• Assist in the design and production of visual content for social media, websites, marketing materials, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling graphics for digital and print assets (banners, flyers, infographics, presentations, etc.).
• Support branding initiatives by developing new visual elements for promotional campaigns.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all platforms by adhering to established guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions.
• Edit and refine graphics based on feedback from the design and marketing teams.
• Assist in maintaining an organized library of graphic assets and files.
• Collaborate with other teams such as product, sales, and customer service to understand graphic needs

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Canva, or other relevant tools.
• A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.
• Familiarity with web design, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus (not required).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Mandarin proficiency preferred
