Job Title: Graphic Designer (Production)

Location: Sendero HQ (Non-Remote)

Department: Brand & Marketing Creative

Reports to: Creative Operations Manager & Senior Graphic Designer

Summary

The Graphic Designer (Production) supports Sendero’s brand and marketing creative efforts by producing high-quality graphic assets across campaigns, digital channels, retail, and brand touchpoints. This role reports to the Creative Operations Manager and Graphic Designer and focuses exclusively on brand and marketing design—not product design. The Graphic Designer (Production) ensures the timely delivery of creative assets that maintain Sendero’s distinct brand voice and support seasonal and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Assist with the design, development, and production of graphic and artwork assets for campaigns, social media, digital ads, emails, events, retail, print, signage, and branding.
  • Elevate campaign strategies by delivering creative solutions that increase visibility, engagement, and brand impact.
  • Support web design and upkeep to maintain a strong, cohesive online brand presence.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements for print, digital, and retail channels.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the creative team on photo and video planning, execution, and asset needs to support campaigns and storytelling.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Retail, and Community) to support seasonal, annual, and long-term initiatives.
  • Assist in seasonal campaign execution, ensuring design assets align with Sendero’s creative and brand vision.
  • Contribute to presentations, decks, and marketing materials as needed.

Operational Support

  • Manage production-ready files, templates, and asset libraries to improve creative efficiency.
  • Track timelines and deliverables with the Creative Operations Manager to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Support warehouse operations and brand activations as part of the “all hands on deck” culture when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within lifestyle, apparel, or consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of file preparation for print, digital, and retail applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to create graphics across multiple mediums, from social to signage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to take direction and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
