The Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated senior Sales professional to join us as TwinKnowledge’s first commercial senior executive, where you will lead and scale our go-to-market strategy end-to-end. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy, aligning sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
In this role, you will develop and refine TwinKnowledge’s market positioning, establish scalable sales and marketing processes, and build high-performing teams to accelerate adoption of our platform. You will work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities, optimize the customer journey, and ensure a strong, data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention.
This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of building and optimizing Sales functions in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an operator—someone who can develop big-picture strategies while rolling up their sleeves to implement scalable, data-driven processes that drive measurable impact.

TwinKnowledge is a NYC-based platform building custom AI-powered Assistants for real estate owners, developers and architects. We help our customers reduce risk and save time during construction and pre-construction by automatically validating project requirements against submissions from design and construction documents. Our AI uncovers in real time major scope conflicts between contracts, construction documents, and specifications, preventing rework in the field.
The built world has long faced challenges due to inconsistent information management, leading to significant project delays, safety hazards, and financial repercussions. AI offers a transformative solution to these challenges by aggregating disparate information into cohesive knowledge bases, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing costs. Platforms can integrate data from various sources, providing real-time insights that streamline project management, improve safety protocols, and optimize resource allocation.
TwinKnowledge’s offering leverages the latest in computer vision and AI to drive real-time quality assurance and quality control decisions for customers including real estate owners, developers, contractors, and government agencies. We work with a number of blue chip customers, including Toll Brothers, the U.S. Space Force, and Sound Transit.
