Job Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for real estate AI startup, architecting enterprise-grade, multi-tenant platforms using AI-driven analysis of qualitative information on real estate properties
• Oversee the full SaaS lifecycle—from MVP to scaled production—leveraging Python for data processing/ML models and React/Vue.js for responsive dashboards, and white-label client portals; ensure SOC 2 compliance.
• Partner with CEO, sales, and customer success to prioritize roadmaps using enterprise KPIs (ARR, churn, NPS), balancing rapid feature delivery in Python/JavaScript stacks with technical debt reduction.
• Optimize cloud costs on GCP and negotiate proptech vendor contracts.

Required Qualifications

• Must have deep hands-on expertise writing code in Python for backend services and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) for frontend.
• Must have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS leadership.
• Must have experience managing a 10–30 person engineering team with at least 5 years of direct people management experience ; recruiting Python and JavaScript specialists proficient in microservices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distributed LLM prompt and context chaining across several approach vectors and millions of input parameters.
• Experience in fast moving software startup environments with high ambiguity, shifting priorities and objectives
• Experience in real estate or fintech SaaS product universe with knowledge of our customer base. 
• Experience designing and scaling RAG pipelines, multi-modal data ingestion flows, vector search systems, and LLM context-management architectures.
• Experience building agentic AI infrastructure, including multi-step reasoning agents, tool integration, memory systems, and orchestration frameworks.
