Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in the medical healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and procedures, particularly within the healthcare sector. This role involves managing various HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Handle offboarding procedures for departing employees.
• Recruit for front desk roles, medical assistants, schedulers, medical billers, collections personnel, and call center staff. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee engagement.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO policies. Handle wage garnishments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Demonstrate familiarity with managing hourly staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 5+ years of HR experience in the medical healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in ADP software or other HR-related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Charismatic proven leadership
