Job Title: HR Manager

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing through ADP and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive communication between management and staff
• Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and leave of absence programs
• Ensure company compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage annual audits, reports, and census documentation
• Lead the recruitment process by creating job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with pre-employment testing requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a comprehensive HR Manager role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
• Extensive experience managing benefits administration and payroll
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently manage HR functions across the organization
