Requirements:

• MUST be able to pass a background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
• MUST be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
• MUST have excellent customer service skills
• MUST be Tech Savvy
• Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
• Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly

What Makes YOU Great 

• Licensed HVAC Journeyperson or Contractor in Connecticut 

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing residential heating and cooling components 

• Highly motivated 

• Knowledge and ability to apply local residential HVAC codes 

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Works well individually AND as part of a team 

• Willing to participate in continuing education and training 

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test 

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
