ABOUT Slate Slate is a new US Electric Vehicle company transforming the battery electric vehicle space.
What we are looking for: As our Influencer Marketing Manager you will lead influencer marketing efforts and report directly to the Head of Social. This role will be responsible for cultivating relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive interest, awareness, engagement and ultimately conversion for our audiences. We are looking for a seasoned influencer marketer who has a proven track record of executing successful influencer-led campaigns.
What you get to do: - Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Oversee the entire influencer campaign process, including prospecting, outreach, content briefing, review, and performance evaluation.
- Strategically select talent for gifting, brand campaigns, event activations, and programs to maximize ROI and meet campaign KPIs.
- Handle influencer outreach, negotiation, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the brand.
- Heavily coordinate with social channels to ensure alignment for engagement and posting strategies.
- Monitor and manage influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
- Manage creation of engaging influencer content across various social platforms, including videos and images.
What you bring to the team: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) and digital marketing trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Enjoys cars! You'll be thinking about cars all day every day, and it's the most fun when you love cars.
Location New York Remote is acceptable, but we prefer NY Metro (able to commute to NYC if needed).
Base Salary: New York wide $96,074.28 to $154,838.16.
