The Inside Sales Engineer's main responsibility will be developing existing customers with the main goal of providing excellent customer service and a commitment to expanding each customer's knowledge of product lines and services.
Other responsibilities include:
· Creating accurate quotations based on RFQs.
· Ability to assist in technical review or drawings for quotations.
· Assist with PPAP documentation and first article inspections.
· Assist with ISO 9001 Management review and act as a representative for quotations during ISO Audits
· Technical liaison with on-site visits as needed.
