🔹 About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) , your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound and outbound leads into face-to-face listing appointments for our agents. You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact to the appointment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :
✅ Proactively call and follow up with leads using proven scripts and strategies
✅ Book and confirm listing appointments for our agents
✅ Track and update all lead activity in our CRM system
✅ Respond to inbound leads within five minutes via phone, email, or text
✅ Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through daily calls to expired listings, FSBOs, and referrals
✅ Provide detailed lead notes and communicate with the sales team
✅ Meet and exceed key performance targets, including:
- 100+ outbound dials per day
- 6+ listing appointments set per week
- 10+ new listings secured per month
✅ Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training workshops
✅ Represent our team with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

✔️ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
✔️ Experienced in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus but not required)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' experience
