Job Description

Stanley Reid is seeking an experienced Intelligence Community Technical Recruiter to join our team. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week and 100% remote. Candidates must live in Florida and be a US citizen.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, adding clients in finding, hiring and retaining top talent
* Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
* Conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.
* Work to submit candidates for client placements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates from the interview process to onboarding.

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
* Deep experience and knowledge of engineering communities, and the bleeding-edge technical trends
* 3+ years of experience recruiting in Software Engineering, Data Science, and/or Cloud/DevOps fields
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (not just LinkedIn)
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously
* US Citizenship

* Experience recruiting in the cleared space
* Bachelor's degree
