Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Mission Viejo, California. Position Details: - Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time
- Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage
- Collaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists
- Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off
- Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager
- Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice
- Use of EPIC electronic health record
Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
- Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements: - Must be board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
- Be licensed in the State of California
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
