Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated intern who is passionate about e-commerce and eager to gain valuable industry experience. This remote, unpaid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the digital marketing space. You will gain a deep understanding of various marketing strategies, including paid social campaigns, ad copywriting, reporting, and more.
Internship Details:
Dates: October 14, 2024 - January 15, 2025
Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, across 3 days
Position: Unpaid internship (remote)
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will work closely with our Paid Social Strategists and assist with a wide range of tasks, including:
Ad Strategy & Campaign Management:
Assist with analyzing past campaign performance
Conduct research for new campaign strategies and inspiration
Write compelling ad copy
Help implement new ad strategies and tests
Manage ad accounts and update audiences
Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in preparing performance reports
Update and maintain performance dashboards
Input data into reporting software
General Duties & Support:
Assist in lead generation efforts
Maintain project management tools (Trello) and Google Drive
Support social media scheduling
Help resolve client issues and manage requests
Participate in content photoshoots (if local)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with a creative flair
Data-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest, and TikTok
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
A solid understanding of industry trends
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
