We are seeking a team member that is highly motivated and customer oriented!

The Inventory Control Specialist will troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and communicate with team members and customers through email. They will troubleshoot inventory issues within the DC and will conduct inventory audits and cycle counting.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6AM – 3PM

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Research inventory and determine inventory discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counting via RF devices, inventory checks, and load quality assurance
• Track excessive inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records of all reports and data collected
• Maintain accurate receiving records and communicate discrepancies with the Operations/Accounting teams.
• Re-slotting items based on sales volume to appropriate bin locations.
• Work closely with Fleet Administrator to return rejected product from routes to inventory.
• Maintain a high level of communication with stores and field merchandisers to effectively resolve inventory issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory control preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Proficient in RF devices is a plus
