Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Lewisville TX (100% onsite)

Seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager to coordinate and lead projects in a high-paced, innovative environment. This role emphasizes change management , project coordination , data visualization , and agile delivery —with a strong preference for candidates from Dematic, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Daifuku .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Align project goals with Ericsson’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and track schedules, KPIs, and deliverables using tools like Power BI , Jira , and MS Project .
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams using Agile and Kanban frameworks.
• Manage risks, budget, and project metrics.
• Present reports and updates to stakeholders using clear, data-driven visuals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience in change management within an IT environment.
• Strong skills in Agile/Kanban , stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with Power BI , dashboards, and metrics tracking.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in telecom , Industry 4.0 , network infrastructure , or digital transformation .
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or warehouse automation projects.
• Exposure to 5G , IoT , or cloud platforms .
