We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Mytechtal. As the IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, supply chain specialist and other software solutions specialists.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interview in English and French to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build presentations reflecting candidates experience and skills accross range required by the clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by ensuring timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency to work in English and French.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top IT talent
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including remote and contract roles, is a plus
The incumbant will have the chance to develop a variety of skills and learn a successful methodology that has worked with large accounts and smaller clients aiming for series A.
We offer competitive bonus structure package that enable our recruiter to perform and grow their salary, $2000 on the second signature per month and an additional $1000 per signature for every following succesful signature.
