We are seeking an associate level Software Development Testing Engineering to join our Health Insurance client's dynamic IT team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automation frameworks, improving product quality, and driving the adoption of modern QA practices. Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in software development and testing.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AWS principles.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with APIs and cloud services.
• Experience with testing automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn independently.

Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate automation frameworks.
• Write reusable code and mentor the team.
• Evaluate and integrate tools with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Lead root cause analysis and improve product quality.
• Optimize test stages in CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive quality discussions and test automation strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
• Implement shift-left testing and define test strategies.
• Automate critical and repetitive tasks.
• Create test automation strategies and documentation.
• Support cloud and cloud-native technologies.
• Adopt modern QA practices and continuous testing.
• Use cloud-native tools for scalable testing.
• Gather requirements and develop automation processes.
• Support hardware and software integration.
• Use Python for scripting and AWS SDKs.
• Perform Bash scripting and understand Linux systems.
• Host applications on AWS and manage cloud interactions.
• Use JIRA for ticketing and Confluence for documentation.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and curiosity.
