The Position:

Kintzing US is currently hiring a Jr Agent to join our growing team in NYC.

This is a unique position covering both our Licensing and Commissions divisions. We are searching for candidates with a strong sales mindset, a deep understanding of the photography industry and minimum 2-4 years experience with an agency, marketing or production background.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing business development of our image licensing platform.
  • Negotiating commercial licensing deals.
  • Managing outbound sales and outreach strategies.
  • Managing the North America sales strategy. 
  • Overseeing the growth of the archive and targeting brand partnership opportunities.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and creative ways to grow the business.
  • Structuring and negotiating complex licenses, pricing up usage and negotiating contract terms.
  • Develop licensing and sales presentations including prospecting lists for outreach. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong agency background who understands the industry dynamics.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience working with photographers with a strong network of contacts in Brands, Advertising, Marketing & PR Agencies.
  • A good understanding of pricing up and negotiating usages. 
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive personality. 
  • Confidence with communication, negotiation and presenting in-person in client meetings
  • Proficient writing and language skills. 
  • Initiative to help drive the business forward.
  • A drive to maintain profit, quality, and client-satisfaction at all times.
  • Image licensing experience would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to operational detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for the evolving market landscape and identifying and maximizing opportunities 
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset 
  • Experience managing multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
