Job role : Kronos Timekeeping/Scheduling Configuration Consultant

Duration : 3-6 months

Location : Remote

Details:

• On Kronos 8.1 for their Timekeeping and Scheduling
• They have 4 Instances of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
• They use Service Management Ticketing system for configuration requests as well as interact with payroll/HR Dept for requests.
• Configurations include pay change requests, Union or Regulatory change requests, State Regulatory changes, etc. for Full Time/Part time/Contract employees.
• Understanding of how to configure the business rules in the system for pay change requests
