Job Description

A Dallas based Minerals and Royalties firm are on the lookout for an experienced Landman to join their growing team. They are currently seeking a Landman to manage land-related aspects of our mineral and royalty ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of land, legal, regulatory, and oil & gas principles. Key Responsibilities: Manage and report on mineral and royalty interests, ensuring ownership accuracy. Review land titles and resolve discrepancies. Negotiate leases, surface owner agreements, and development agreements. Monitor drilling activity and ensure operator compliance with lease terms. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate royalty payments and well net revenue calculations. Required Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degree in a related field. ~8+ years of Landman experience, including in-house expertise. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QGIS, and oil & gas agreements. ~ Strong knowledge of various asset locations across the US.
