Lead Esthetician (Advanced Aesthetic Treatments)

4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions in Frankfort is seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to oversee and deliver advanced skin and laser treatments while helping elevate clinical standards, client outcomes, and team performance.

This role is ideal for a seasoned esthetician with hands-on experience in Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, and Laser Hair Removal, who thrives in a leadership role within a fast-paced med spa environment.

Position Overview

The Lead Esthetician will perform advanced aesthetic and laser services, lead by example, and ensure consistent, high-quality client care across all esthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced treatments including:
• Morpheus8 (face & body)
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Laser Hair Removal
• Customized facials and corrective skincare services
• Conduct comprehensive skin and hair-reduction consultations
• Create personalized treatment plans and packages
• Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and home-care products
• Mentor and support esthetic staff; assist with training and protocols
• Maintain safety standards, device protocols, and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with injectors and wellness providers for integrated care
• Support events, promotions, and new service launches

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Esthetician License (required)
• Proven hands-on experience with Morpheus8 (required)
• Hydrafacial certification and experience (required)
• Laser Hair Removal experience (required)
• Minimum 3+ years in a med spa or advanced aesthetics setting
• Strong consultation, leadership, and sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused mindset

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time (lead role priority scheduling)
• Weekdays, evenings, and select weekends as needed
