Providence Church of SWFL is currently looking for the next Lead Pastor to shepherd our church. Our current Lead Pastor will enter retirement by the end of 2025 or when this role is filled.

Providence is in the fast-growing community of Lehigh Acres, adjacent to well-known Fort Myers, Florida. Providence is a church plant that God has blessed in many ways, including the acquisition of property to build. The applicant should be motivated to participate in the building and transition process.
An applicant must have a Master of Divinity degree or higher and be committed to a reformed theology of salvation as well as to the inspiration, inerrancy, and authority of the Scriptures. In addition, because of the diversity of the Providence community, the applicant must be able to relate and minister to people across various ethnic groups and age groups, as well as various levels of education, economics, and spiritual maturity.
