  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience as an insurance agent, though motivated candidates with a license will be considered.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by financial success and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

If you are a licensed insurance agent motivated by financial success and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

Our client's company offers a supportive work environment, where you'll have the opportunity to share ideas and learn from experienced colleagues. Take the next step in your career and help clients find the coverage they need while contributing to a dynamic and successful team.
