ClearanceJobs is assisting our Colorado Springs client with their search for a Linux Systems Administrator for an onsite position at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Cyber Security team performing STIG checks, addressing deficiencies, remediating findings and hardening systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience administering and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The successful candidate will have a CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
A minimum of an active Secret Security Clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
The Systems Administrator primary duties include installing, troubleshooting, updating, patching, and maintenance of physical and virtualized environments & IT infrastructure.
