About the Role

This firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco office . The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and a proven ability to manage cases from inception to trial. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys, handle high-stakes disputes, and gain significant courtroom experience .

What You’ll Do

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters , including class actions and business disputes
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions and pleadings in both state and federal courts
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Participate in business development and client relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 5-7 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Admission to practice in California (or in the process of obtaining admission)
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong case management and courtroom experience
