JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Litigation practice group in our Pittsburgh office. This position will work closely with associates, shareholders, and paralegals on the full administrative duties. Some of the key anticipated responsibilities are listed below:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent communication skills
· Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
· Ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
· Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with iManage document management system
· Experience filing court documents, electronically preferred
· Experience with ECF for federal court filings a plus
· Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other conferencing platforms
· Paralegal certificate or degree
· Active Notary license
