Loan Servicing Representative – Responsibilities
• Maintain and process loan accounts — payoffs, payments, billing, escrow, and related transactions — with strict accuracy.
• Perform core mortgage servicing tasks, including ARM/Balloon notifications, escrow analysis, and tax/insurance disbursements.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries, resolving issues quickly and delivering strong service.
• Ensure all servicing activity meets investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA, RD) and complies with bank policies and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement by cross-training, documenting procedures, and contributing to team efficiency.
Loan Servicing Representative – Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in banking, loan servicing, or similar financial operations.
• Solid working knowledge of mortgage/consumer loan processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to handle high-volume deadlines.
