What You Will DoRepresent Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, and Rolls Royce with dignity, knowledge, and confidence
Engage directly with high net worth individuals, understanding their lifestyles and tailoring solutions to meet their expectations
Deliver on established sales goals while elevating the client journey beyond a transaction into a long lasting relationship
Master the distinct identity of each brand and become a trusted advisor, able to articulate both the heritage and the innovation behind every vehicle
Represent Carlock Motorcars Nashville at exclusive events, private viewings, and brand showcases, embodying the prestige of the marques we represent
A proven record of success in luxury sales, hospitality, or customer relationship management with discerning clientele
Maturity, sophistication, and the ability to command trust and respect in high level interactions
Strong closing skills, refined communication, and the confidence to conduct business at the highest level
Passion for the art of motoring and an authentic appreciation of the craftsmanship and engineering that define our brands
Proficiency with CRM systems and technology, with the agility to learn quickly and adapt

Compensation: $36,000 to $150,000+ annually, reflective of performance and contribution
