Job Title : Shipping Associate

Pay Rate : $18.00/HR (FIXED)

Location : Onsite – [180 Westgate Dr, Watsonville, CA 95073]

Duration : 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Shift : 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Overtime : Overtime as needed

Job Summary:

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing completed jobs for shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Tasks include scanning trays, matching invoices, wrapping jobs, sorting numerically, and preparing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wrap completed jobs and sort by account number.
• Scan trays, generate invoices, and match them numerically.
• Pack and label shipments accurately.
• Retrieve and organize completed job trays.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for long durations.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends during peak periods.

🦺 Safety Requirements:

• Wear PPE including safety eyewear and enclosed shoes .
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and ergonomic safety guidelines.
• Participate in required safety trainings and daily ergonomic stretches.
