We are partnered with a leading plastic extruder seeking a MAINTENANCE MANAGER. This is GREENFIELD facility less than a decade old that's been growing and has more room to grow. You'll be leading a team of 15ish techs and related workers across 4 shifts as this is a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment handling HIGH SPEED CONTINUOUS PROCESSING. This facility uses MVP for machine data processing and needs a good PM schedule developed. This is a Private Equity backed company and this role does come with ownership shares in the organization.
YOU:
Plastic extrusion technology experience
Strong leader who understand strategy and prioritization
Good stories around team development
Ability to build and correctly manage a preventative maintenance schedule
Electrical and/or Pneumatics experience
Able and willing to turn a wrench as needed
