Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Maintenance Technician for our on-site Lease Up Property located in Mountain View, CA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance on various building systems. Duties include monitoring the functionality of mechanical and electrical systems, executing repairs on fixtures and appliances, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Strong communication and record-keeping skills are also essential.
